Yoga Teacher

Yoga - One to One Private Sessions

Individual programs of Yoga for beginners and experienced students, and yoga nidra to deeply relax and de-stress. Take the opportunity to have personalised attention in your own home or hotel room for an uplifting and energising experience. At the end of the session you will have more awareness of your yoga practice with attention to detail of alignment, breathing techniques and meditation. £60 - 1hr 30mins.

Yoga - Private Group Sessions

Gregory offers yoga and meditation group sessions on request either at your home, in the studio, or hotel. Whatever you decide, 2-4 people £100 - 1hr 30mins, 5-10 people £25 per head - 1hr 30mins. All equipment supplied. All levels catered for.

Yoga For Children

Yoga acts as a catalyst and unravels the many wonderful qualities that children possess. Apart from the apparent physical benefits, it helps the child become aware and focused. Special children with learning disorders can benefit immensely from Yoga. Individual or group sessions, £60 - 1hr 30mins.

Breathing (Pranayama)

Most people only use a fraction of their lung capacity for breathing. They breathe shallowly using a small part of the rib cage. Their shoulders are hunched, they have painful tension in the upper part of the back and neck, and they suffer from a lack of oxygen. These people become tired easily and don’t know why.

Breathing connects the body to its battery, the Solar Plexus, where tremendous potential energy is stored. When tapped through specific Yoga breathing techniques, pranayama, this energy is released for physical and mental rejuvenation. It can be used to fuel a specific physical effort, such as tennis or jogging or you can use this inner energy to relieve muscular tension, revitalise a tired mind, or soothe localised aches and pains. Yogic breathing can be life changing for asthma sufferers.

Thai Massage

A Massage that includes a full-body treatment that is both stimulating as well as relaxing. Pressure point massage along the body's ten major energy channels, releases blocked energy and increases awareness and vitality. Gentle stretching of the joints and muscles relieves tension, enhances flexibility, and induces a deep state of tranquility. The recipient feels completely revived and restored, experiencing relaxation throughout the body and tranquility of the mind and spirit. £60 - 1hr, £75 – 1hr 30 mins, £90 – 2hrs.

 

Personal Trainer

Whether on a one-to-one basis or as a small group I will help you achieve your fitness goals and ambitions with an individual, effective, and enjoyable exercise programme.

A programme may include combinations of cardiovascular, resistance, balance, and flexibility, and relaxation techniques, tailored to meet your specific goals.

Sessions can take place in the environment you are most comfortable whether it be home, gym, office, or outside. £60 - 1hr 30mins
