The Yang practice will focus on strengthening and lengthening of the muscles in a more vigorous asana practice.

So what exactly is Yang Yoga? It is a mobile, active and dynamic approach that builds to an apex before calming down. It maintains core strength and requires appropriate effort. It's a practice that maintains the body’s functionality and mobilises our life force (energy) to refresh the body’s vibrancy and maintain health.
