Integrating various branches of Yoga I have developed a sequence of postures designed to systematically exercise all the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, internal organs, and glands of the human body. It is an intelligent, gentle, calm, challenging, and gradual process by which the practitioner arrives at lasting health. The sequence of postures encourages the release of toxins, brings efficiency and harmony to all bodily systems, and secures a fine physique which is strong and elastic without being muscle bound. Each class concludes with a blissful final relaxation to ignite the rejuvenation process and assimilate all the benefits of the practise. All underpinned by yogic philosophy interpreted for modern life, attention to alignment and breath, and ambient tunes. Expect a super charged masterclass experience with variations and modifications being offered throughout the session to support the beginner.
Yoga postures change how we feel physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically too. They enhance feelings of happiness and wellbeing, help release sadness and grieving, and encourage relaxation and dynamism. Yoga postures are a tool for becoming more connected, vital, and engaged with the world we live in.
