The vast majority of people who attend these classes, including the instructor, started out as complete beginners and have progressed one step at a time. Over a period all these little progressions add up to ‘total’ transformation. If interested in ‘lasting’ health and wellbeing attending Yoga regularly is one of the wisest investments to make.
I totally get that attending your first class can be quite ‘daunting’, a ‘Baptism of Fire’ even. To facilitate quality individual time I encourage you to contact me ‘before’ attending your first session to ensure I can devote time to all your questions concerning injuries, medical conditions, and general queries regarding your practice. Remember 1-2-1 sessions are available.
Going forward with your practice:
Please know that I am always available and happy to take time out to answer any questions/address any concerns. Due to setting-up/packing-up the session and time restrictions this isn’t always possible during class but outside of class I can devote as much time as is needed. Always feel free to email/phone.
If you do commit to practice Yoga regularly, you will never need to make another resolution!
