When you’re brand new to yoga, it can feel intimidating and be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started. This ‘Yoga for Beginners’ class has been created specifically for you. To give you all the tips, guidelines, and recommendations you will need to start a successful yoga practice.
The session is designed for beginners, people returning to a Yoga practice after an extended period of absence, or those wishing to revisit grounding principles.
It is an excellent introduction to Yoga, using basic and gentle stretches that work every part of the body whilst taking time to focus on alignment. A class to help you feel comfortable on the mat and to give you a taste of what Yoga is all about.
There’s a reason the ancient practice has stood the test of time. Yoga is a total mind-body experience, with both physical and mental benefits. Not to mention the fact that there are endless options, making it one of the most versatile ways to work out.
